I believe therapy is a tool that can heal past trauma and empower you to live authentically.
Graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Master’s in Social Work and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.
Worked in higher levels of care, including PHP and IOP, for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.
Worked in community mental health and non-profit settings providing trauma-informed and whole-person care to both young and aging adults.
Completed additional postgraduate training for my specialties in working with complex trauma and co-occurring disorders: Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Interpersonal Therapy (IPT); Seeking Safety; and Expressive Arts.
My clinical training is rooted in psychodynamic, attachment-oriented theory, and social justice. As a social worker, I also consider the environmental and social barriers that are contributing to decreased functioning. I aim to connect clients to appropriate community resources for additional support. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic space that is LGBTQIA+ affirming and anti-racist.
I want you to know I am here to support you on your journey wherever you are.
